Affiliate program terms & conditions

By applying to or participating in the Online Teachers Club affiliate program, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before submitting your application.
No guarantee of earnings
Commission rates, referral bonuses, milestone rewards, and payout schedules are promotional incentives only. They are not wages, guaranteed income, or contractual entitlements. Past or projected earnings examples are illustrative.
Right to refuse or withhold payouts
Online Teachers Club reserves the right to refuse, delay, reduce, reverse, or withhold any commission, bonus, or withdrawal if we reasonably believe an affiliate or referral involves cheating, fraud, self-referral, duplicate accounts, bots, incentive abuse, misleading promotion, chargebacks, or any violation of program rules. We may use automated and manual review tools to investigate activity.
Program changes without notice
We may change, suspend, or discontinue commission percentages, bonus budgets, milestone structures, eligibility rules, waiting periods, minimum payouts, or any other part of this program at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes may apply to future activity and, where permitted by law, to amounts not yet paid.
Approval, membership, and termination
Affiliate approval is discretionary. We may approve, decline, suspend, or permanently remove any affiliate account. Commissions generally require valid referred purchases and continued membership where applicable. Confirmed abuse may result in a permanent ban from Online Teachers Club and partner programs.
Taxes and compliance
Affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting and compliance with applicable advertising, disclosure, and consumer-protection laws. Nothing here creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.
Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Online Teachers Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this affiliate program. These terms supplement, and do not replace, any separate terms on the Online Teachers Club website.
